摘要: Citrus is the world's largest fruit crop, and nitrogen (N) management is a crucial factor for achieving higher fruit yield and quality, lower environmental risks in global citrus producing systems. Substitution of chemical N fertilizer by organic fertilizer is increasingly promoted for better yield and quality. However, their extent to reduce reactive N (Nr) loss for sustainable citrus production is difficult to evaluate in field condition and thus remain unclear. Therefore, citrus lysimeter equipments (diameter, 1.25 m; highth, 1.10 m; volume, 1.35 m3) with different organic fertilizer substitution ratios (0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 %) were set to quantify the optimal range of organic substitution for balanced yield, quality and Nr loss during 2021-2023. Results showed that N leaching was the most dominant N loss pathway (10.7 %-75.6 %), and it was reduced remarkably by organic fertilizer substitution (123.9-267.9 kg N ha-1) compared with chemical N fertilizer (NPK) treatment (164.7-304.2 kg N ha-1). Ammonia (NH3) volatilization (0.5 %-4.0 %) was the second largest N loss pathway which was also significantly reduced by organic fertilizer substitution (3.4-10.2 kg N ha-1) compared with NPK use (6.9-12.8 kg N ha-1). Further, the organic substitution also resulted in a positive soil N balance and increased citrus yield (4.3 %-8.3 %) and citrus quality traits. The positive impact of organic fertilizer substitution was dose-dependent; and integrating with agronomic, economic and environmental indicators, 39 %-63 % organic substitution of chemical N fertilizer contributed to cleaner and sustainable citrus production. These findings contribute to citrus N management and waste resource utilization, providing knowledge and technical supports to achieve cleaner and sustainable citrus producing systems.
